 ​How Do I Place An Order?​

Natalie's Wig Collection has many of wigs to choose on the site.This guide is here to select wig.

 

By following these steps, you'll be on your way to finding the perfect new you:
1. Measure your head to determine your cap size
2. Choose your style
3. Select your color
4. Make your purchase

STEP 1: Measure Your Head to Determine Your Cap Size
If you have long hair, put your hair in a ponytail. Grab a tape measure. Please make sure that you make your head measurement in this way shown in the below pictures. Right measurement is very important for us to provide right wig for you. We are not responsible for the wrong measurement.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Size:

1) Measure all around the head. Position the tape measure so its edge follows the hair line around the head and the nape of the neck.
Circumference of Your head: Circumference = _______ inches.

2)Measure from the hair line at centre of forehead straight back over crown to following the centre of hairline to the nape of neck. Front to Back of Neck (Nape): Front to Nape = _____ inches

3)From the front of the ear, measure just below the hairline at the base of the sideburn. Follow the hairline along the forehead to the same point on the opposite ear. Ear to Ear Across Front Hairline =_____inches.

4) Measure from hairline directly above the ear across top of head to the hairline directly above the opposite ear. Ear to Ear over Top of Head  = _____ inches.

5) Measure from temple to temple across the back of head. Temple to Temple around the Back of Head: Temple to Temple = _____ inches.

6) Measure the width of hairline across the nape of the neck. Nape of Your Neck =_____ inches.

 

Cap size we ussually have three sizes for cap: small size, medium size and large size. Then find your measurement on the following chart:

 

AVERAGE WIG MEASUREMENTS

 

Small Cap:

1. Circumference 21 inches

2. Front to nape 13.5 inches

3. Ear to ear across forehead 11.5 inches

4. Ear to ear over top 12 inches

5. Temple to temple around back 14 inches

6. Nape of neck 4.5 inches

 

Medium Cap:

1. Circumference 22.5inches

2. Front to Nape 14.5 inches

3. Ear to ear across forehead 12 inches

4. Ear to ear over top 12.5inches

5. Temple to temple round back 15inches

6. Nape of Neck 5 inches

 

Large Cap:

1. Circumference 23.5 inches

2. Front to nape 15.5 inches

3. Ear to ear across forehead 13 inches

4. Ear to ear over top 13.5 inches

5. Temple to temple around back 15 inches

6. Nape of neck 5.5 inches

STEP 2: Choose Your Style

Payment Options and Shipping

Currently we accept the following payment options:

The PayPal payment method is set in our Online Shop. If you choose to pay with Western Union or Bank Tranfer, please contact with us.

Delivery Cost
We offer the Standard International Shippling service. The shipping fee is calculated based on shipping destinational and the weight of your order, starting from $35 US. The handling fee is $12 US will be added to the shipping fee.

 

Delivery Time

Firstly, we confirm the order details (including the product information, shipping address and payment details). It is may take 3-5 days. After that the shipping time should take approximately 7-10 business days. Totally it should take approximately 10-15 business days for you to get your order.

Your privacy is important to us. Your personal information, such as your address, name, phone & email is only used for shipping, special offers and/or notification purposes.

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please read the following conditions carefully.

 

In the event that you do receive something that you are not happy with, we will take back your wig  but there are certain limitations as follow:

• You must report your dissatisfaction via email within 24 hours of the receipt of your wig. All returns must be shipped back within 7 days after receiving the wig.

• Returned wigs must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unbrushed, uncut, non hair sprayed, not combed out and unwashed.

• The original tags must be affixed to the piece as it was delivered to you.

• Scent of perfume or smoke will void eligibility for return.

• In trying on the piece do not personalize the wig attempt to style it. Simply shake it out, style with your fingers or gently with a pick. If either the color, style or size is not right for you, you will know immediately upon looking. So please notify us immediately about any issue with your wig.

• Return shipping charges are to be paid by customer.

• For your own protection we recommend that any returned items are sent Recorded Delivery. If your return is lost in the postal system we cannot refund or exchange. Please note for returns we require the following: A note of the name of the person who paid for the item enclosed in the package.

• Refunds are issued on the payment method used at the time of purchase. We usually refund returned items within 14 working days of receiving them.
